Watched the video! The Sierra club guy has no argument - just repeats the same lines over and over and over!

Didnt Cruz vote to expand H1-Bs?
Didn't the article's author NOT mention anything about H1-Bs?

The guy's resume is available
online and not unsurprisingly he's basically a community organizer, shaking down various entities in the name of environmental justice. If he was a light bulb, it would be one suited to a low wattage wind-powered generator perhaps? As Trump says, we are being led by idiots.

“This is a man of energy and principle.”
And wrong on immigration. This is why he’s polling below 10 percent.

The approach I heard him present was reasonable.

Not if it includes H1-Bs and any of their variants. Not reasonable. Economically ignorant policy.
Better to incentivize companies for training people than hiring their replacements from India and then FORCING THE LAID OFF CITIZEN TO TRAIN THEM!
You don’t train, you don’t get your package.
Cruz approves this policy. He may be smart, but he’s also bought and paid for if he supports this ‘reasonable’ approach to immigration.

The I-Squared Act needs to be revised with penalties for employers who cannot prove they were unable to recruit US citizens for a job or who replaced US citizens.
The H1B visas do serve a useful purpose when companies are ethical in their use.
