Not if it includes H1-Bs and any of their variants. Not reasonable. Economically ignorant policy.

Better to incentivize companies for training people than hiring their replacements from India and then FORCING THE LAID OFF CITIZEN TO TRAIN THEM!

You don’t train, you don’t get your package.

Cruz approves this policy. He may be smart, but he’s also bought and paid for if he supports this ‘reasonable’ approach to immigration.

The I-Squared Act needs to be revised with penalties for employers who cannot prove they were unable to recruit US citizens for a job or who replaced US citizens.

The H1B visas do serve a useful purpose when companies are ethical in their use.
