What Rich Flowery & NRO think are negatives ... are positives in 2016 ...

... throw faux reporters out of your press conferences, don’t care about the polls, forget tight message discipline ... wear hats! ... feud with nearly everyone, and BE outlandish!

At least Lowry/Ponnuru got this part right ....

But their denunciations of Trump and the Trump phenomenon have frequently been overwrought, taking the momentary enthusiasm of a large fraction of a party to stand for the enduring convictions of the whole.

They have also frequently been unfair to Trump’s supporters. It is important to understand Trump’s draw ... The most elemental reason for Trump’s rise is that over the decades he has built a nearly universally recognized brand associated with toughness and success, and many Americans worry that we are running out of both. [the gOpee hasn't had any since 2004 ...]

How ironic. NRO, the Establishment organ of the gOpE tries to attack Donald Trump from the right! FAIL.

This, from Rich Louserly....the guy who made the “cut his b_lls off” statement, about Trump?

No thanks, Rich. Loser.

The establishment is in full meltdown mode because their RINO chosen candidate(s) are so low in the polls and that We the People are on to their sinister games.

“The best way to allay this concern [immigration] is for enforcement to come first. Only later, after establishing that granting legal status to illegal immigrants here will not lead to a greater influx of illegal immigrants, should an amnesty be considered.”

I did not have the patience to read all this, knowing who wrote it. However, I did catch the money quote above.

Just one of the reasons Trump is our only shot in saving the country. I am surprised that Lowery tipped his hand for the Republican establishment. Amnesty will end Lowery’s precious conservatism, which is not really conservatism.

What Trump does is he, correctly, points out the the current Political/Media/Business cabal that runs DC is defiantly, rabidly corrupt and incompetent. Forget the fake illusion that DC is divided between GOP and Dem. It actually one big corrupt machine of Political Power/Media Propaganda /Big Business money.

The reason he can do that is Trump has the wealth and the media star power to take on that Political/Media machine and win.

Rich Lowery and Romesh Ponnoru are reasons why NRO should never be taken seriously.

It isn’t the flagship magazine of conservatism that William Buckley founded.

Why post articles from the GOPe mouthpiece, NR? You might as well post articles from Salon.

This is the 113th “I hate Trump, and you should hate him too” article from RINO central.

Contrast the difference:

Dim candidate Sanders abandons the podium.

Jebbie shouted down and scuttles out

Trump promptly exits Ramos...the La Raza guy.

He gives no indication of caring about the Constitution. There is no basis for this view Trump has been clear that he is an expert on understanding contracts. The Constitution is a contract between the people and the federal government.

“Consider only these facts: Trump has been leading the polls for the Republican presidential nomination for months, and he basically never says “freedom” or “liberty.”

I thought the first time NRO came out with that, it was bending over backwards in an effort to smear, but now, again, it is pathetic.

I personally don’t talk about freedom or liberty for the same reason I don’t talk about drinking water.

Obama talks about freedom and liberty? Smooth talkers always hit the right notes. That is a plus in Trump’s favor. The devil quotes scripture.

“He gives no indication of caring about the Constitution. He talks only sparingly about the federal debt.”

Boehner and McConnell talk about the Constitution all the time. That ends that argument.

He never mentions the deficit??? That is an outright lie. Just about every time I hear him speak he mentions it. He says it will destroy the country.

I don’t recall any Conservative ever coming into an election season saying, “If only we could find the right career politician, Conservatism would be a lot better off.”

And yet that seems to be the most important metric this year.

Can’t imagine why...

Yes folks, if only we had a guy that had been in Washington, D. C. longer than anyone else, now that would certainly be a guy worth considering.

John McCain comes to mind.

That sure worked out well.

The irony of NR whining about Trump not being a “real conservative” is rich. Limbaugh said he isn’t a conservative; he’s an American patriot. That’s enough these days.

Trump is in the race to divide the conservative side to make SURE Hillary gets elected. It is going to come out later. A good friend who is very politically saavy told me Hillary IS going to be president. She will get 100% of the black Democrat vote. She will get almost 100% percent of the Hispanic vote. She will get all of the liberal white vote. That leaves a barely winnable margin on the conservative side to get a good president elected. Trump WILL cause enough conservatives to not vote for him (I am already hearing this from several) to hand the election to Hillary.

TLDR: National Review doesn’t like Democrats like Trump running for President on the Republican ticket.
