Every president or major presidential candidate has been lampooned on SNL since they first showed Jerry Ford’s Secret Service men acting like klutzes to make it look like Ford’s klutziness was nothing out of the ordinary.
I know many here will disagree but SNL is pretty even handed in their satire over the years. Some of their funniest skits was making fun of Democrats.
