Republican U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz blasted President Obamas remarks in the wake of an Oregon community college massacre that mass shootings are something we should politicize after a campaign stop here today.
It seems there is no tragedy the president isnt willing to politicize, said Cruz. He in many ways is following the dictum of his former Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel who said, You never want to waste a good crisis. Literally as this madman, almost within minutes of ending his murderous spree, the president seized upon it to advance his partisan political agenda. Thats just wrong."
Cruz called reports the shooter at Umpqua Community College in Oregon specifically targeted Christians deeply troubling.
Cruz said Obama should instead be focused on lifting up the victims families.
Weve seen this over and over again where the president takes the actions of a madman and a lunatic and tries to use it as an excuse to impinge upon the rights of law-abiding citizens," said Cruz.
Cruz then traveled to the Bay State, where he held a fundraiser at The Union Club in Boston and is scheduled to attend the Deerfield Fair later today before attending a house party in Salem, N.H. tonight.

If anyone wants to contribute to a real hero...there is a Gofundme for Chris Mintz
https://www.gofundme.com/s75ge9y4
The poor guy has to learn to walk again.
Cruz understands the existential threat we face as a nation. Love the guy.
Cruz is right again. Obama took a real hit on this exploitation and not caring about the anti-White , anti-Christian background of this guy (not a word from obama) . The key is that anyone who has a no gun zone and this happens will be sued for $millions by the survivors. AND WIN!!!
Took almost seven years AND Donald Trump for some politicians to find the balls to talk down to the Fraud.
Holdonaminute. I thought he was just a talker... :) /S
Forget Oregons Gunman. Remember the Hero Who Charged Straight at HimNo amount of murder seems likely to result in gun control any time soon. So lets do what we can to stop the lunacyby reserving the limelight for the vet who rushed Thursdays shooter.
Forget the 26-year-old zero who murdered 10 innocents at Umpqua Community College on Thursday morning.
The Chris to remember is 30-year-old Chris Mintz, the student and Army vet who was shot at least five times while charging straight at the gunman in an effort to save others. Mintz did so on the sixth birthday of his son, Tyrik.
Its my sons birthday, its my sons birthday, he was heard to say as he lay wounded.
When word of Mintzs heroism reached his kin in his native North Carolina, his cousin Derek Bourgeois was hardly surprised.
It sounds like something he would do, Bourgeois said.
Bourgeois was somewhat amazed that a guy who survived a combat deployment without serious injury had come so close to being killed in a small Oregon town not unlike the one in North Carolina where they grew up together.................."
Look at post #4.
He’s already got $125,000.00.
Astonishing.
.
I don’t have anything against Cruz.
Ted Cruz was talking like this when Trump was donating to Hillary.
Sounds good to me...
There were a stack of the fliers on the counter at the party store when I went to the post office this morning.
Got some quotes from him slamming the Fraud from back then?

Ted Cruz: The Imperial Presidency of Barack Obama
In the nation's history, there is simply no precedent for an American president so wantonly ignoring federal law.

Anybody attributing Ted Cruz’s ideals to Donald Trump is too stupid to be trusted with a ballot.
