That's an interesting comment. So I actually watched the cspan broadcast of the House session to vote on the CR. Rep Cole stated that PP receives the bulk of its $400 million in federal funding through Medicaid — a portion that is not controlled by Congress.

So...how much did the CR directly or indirectly appropriate to PP?

This whole thing is starting to look like a bunch of RINOs trying to look conservative and able to say they "did something".
