I don’t see the big deal here? Russia freely offered to supply the Iranians with Nuclear Fuel when they were claiming they only wanted Nuclear power. That was well known.
I don’t think it’s outrageous that we would attempt to control a similar offer to make sure the fuel was for reactor use using someone OTHER than Russia to supply them with reactor fuel OR to have them on record as turning the offer down.
And why would this come as a surprise? Obama will have to declare martial law NOW if he wants to remain as king!

This is NOT AT ALL treasonous, although it might not be wise, if only LOW-enriched uranium suitable for reactor use was provided. (4% or less) Iran has 20-25% enriched NOW.
This is not what it seems...at least by the dacts in this story.

Enriching uranium creates byproducts you need for a nuclear bomb.
Having a third party enrich the uranium would keep the fissile material out of the hands of Iran.
What this does show is that Iran wants to enrich it themselves because they want the fissile material that is a byproduct of the process... .so they can make a bomb

Isn’t enrichment to domestic use levels the major portion of the enrichment process?
Sending enriched uranium to Iran would speed up their getting weapons grade.
They wouldn’t send it out to be made into fuel rods.
