I remember when this concept was being floated as a “reasonable” way to let Iran generate nuclear energy without developing enrichment capacity for nuclear weapons.
Idiotic on many levels (including grotesque inefficiency and the gratuitous risk of world-wrecking accidents, terrorism, and theft while transporting radioactive material all over the globe), neither the idea, nor feeling out how other countries might play a role, are treasonous. For treason, see the current illegal treaty that isn’t a treaty with Iran.

That’s my reading of it, too. “Hey, you guys don’t need all those centrifuges or enrichment facilities that you could use to make bombs. Here’s some uranium that’s all ready to go for fuel for your peaceful power generation from France and Argentina!”

If the DOJ does not place Hitlerey in leg irons fortwith for her e-mail discretions, they will be responsible for Putin and Xi being able to have access to state secrets during the next presidency, be it republican or RAT.
