The majority leader is the head of the Republican Caucus, while the Speaker is the head of the House of Representatives as a whole, and second in the line of succession for the presidency (after the Senate President Pro Tempore) in the event that the president and vice president are both incapacitated during an emergency.

I can’t help but laugh at all politicians when they use the term “fight”, “I’ll fight for this, I’ll fight for that, I’ll fight to win, etc., etc.. IF they fail to fight to WIN, why the hell get into a fight in the first place. Most of that is pure rhetoric anyway.
