This is what happens when the vast majority in media aligns itself with one party against half of the country. Only an idiot or a liar would suggest that the media is biased against liberals. The media has always leaned left, but in the age of Obama they have staged an outright war on right leaning Americans.
The Tea Party was called racist by media liberals from day one while violent crime-ridden Occupy camps were called mostly peaceful. Opposition to Obamacare and anything else Obama and Democrats wanted to do was called racist.
The Democrats created the completely fake “War on Women” and the media propagated the lie every step of the way.
Whenever a Republican says something the media deems controversial, every single Republican is forced to comment on their remarks. Democrats are never subjected to this treatment. If time permitted, a dozen other examples could be provided.

The Journalists’ goal is to ‘Change the World’. Even though trust is absent, everyone still wants to be like the cool kids, be praised and not disrespected or laughed off the stage. Credibility or character does not matter when your ‘progressive agenda’ is based on lies.

No, you are right—it is not a shock at many. It was so obvious when Bill Clinton was running for President. What is shocking is how even Solzhenitsyn stated in ‘78 in his commencement speech at Harvard how the American press was as bad as Pravda, but the Russian people knew they were listening to lies and misinformation, and the Americans were “thinking” they were given the “truth”. The Americans actually believed they had “free press”. That was in 1978!!!! and it was totally controlled by the elite.

Trust and media do not deserve to be in the same sentence. They have proven over time to be liars, biased and artists when it comes to making up news.
Two things I’ve come to distrust, any information that states it comes from Washington, District of Corruption and most of all anything in the media.
About 20 years ago a Journalism professor in Arizona wrote that he had taken a poll of his students. The question was whether their job was to report the facts or to mould public opinion. He said he was stunned to see that “over 40%” believed the latter.
It wasn’t long after that I realized the numbers had flipped and gone on to newer highs. Yet even today, we have people who believe what they see/hear on TV/radio and just can’t believe they are being lied to. If you point out they are, you are “one of those right-wing loons”.
The relationship ends when I ask them how many moons their planet has.
For many (like me?), the final piece dropped into place when Kelly went after Trump...then we noticed Krauthammer, and Will a little more...and then there it was...Fox too...such a shame.
