Why is it when a City or State loose a 2nd Admentment case, the courts allow the City or State time to go back and create a new law. Many times the new law also gets litigated. No City or State official gets hauled into Federal Court to explain to the judge the delay or reason they will not comply. But this poor clerk is stuck between the State law being void and no new law instructing her what course of action to take in place.
