No jury in a Court-Martial but a board of officers from 1 to 5 and/or a judge.
It is not under the criminal justice system, but under the UCMJ. Civil law and Military law differs somewhat.

So much for teaching soldiers “Army Values” and expecting them to live by them. What the two captains and SFC Martland saw and stopped was inline with Army values that are taught in basic training, all Army schools and included as part of the officer and non-commissioned officer efficiency reports.
