The “vetting” should be easy .. all they have to ask is, “do you want to kill Americans” ..?? If the person answers, “yes”, then they’re in.

I mean, why is it more desirable to price a car at $19,995 rather than $20,000? The subconscious mind is just that gullible? Go figure.

Sixty Five Thousand...why that? Well, 65,000 is certainly not a hundred but her minions can talk about it like it is; after all it DOES round up. Conversely, it can also be minimized when it has to be (varies by audience). In this case it could be only 50,000 - or thereabouts.
