About a week ago, I came across the words "Delphi Technique" and looked 'em up, which led me to Hegalian Dialectic

I am fascinated and printed out 4 or 5 source copies to study because ...

As a school board director of two years so far, I have been suspicious of the manner 2nd round interviews that had the final say of a teacher selected out of two or three candidates.

My suspicions arose about 9 or 10 months ago when what, imo, was a perfect candidate for a position, a lesser (obviously, again in my opinion) was chosen

I really didn't know how to define my thoughts until Delphi showed up

I'm convinced my local HS is selecting administrators and personnel and not teachers/educators

This article showing up now is weird

I have very long suspected that we are all being played under this mechanism. It seems to now permeate every facet of American culture. And because it is constructed by using a never-ending thought evolution process, it is very difficult to keep up with the constant synthesis-re-synthesis operations. You are always seemingly behind “the curve.” This is the principle that governs the philosophy of New World Order thinking - and it explains why the thing has advanced so far in such a short period of time. Unfortunately, most people are blind to its subtle operations.

BK Eakman has written a lot about the Delphi Technique:

“In group settings, the Delphi Technique is an unethical method of achieving consensus on controversial topics. It requires well-trained professionals, known as “facilitators” or “change agents,” who deliberately escalate tension among group members, pitting one faction against another to make a preordained viewpoint appear “sensible,” while making opposing views appear ridiculous.”

It is social engineering: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7LM6gFr8ywg

Anytime you have a “moderator” present at a meeting...beware.

You can beat Delphi, but you need a group of people to do it. You can’t do it alone.
