If Jeb and many other politicians could or would differentiate between legal and illegal then his praises for Hispanics would make more sense. The problem is in trying to defend illegal immigration those who support it have done their best to blur the line between legal and illegal. He will have to live with the backlash when voters see his support of any Hispanics as supporting illegals; he needs to own this.
