We bless You, Lord, at all times; may Your praise be continually in our mouths. Let us magnify You, Lord, and exalt Your Name together. And may we taste and see that You, Lord, are good. You redeem the souls of Your servants, and none who trust in You shall be desolate.
Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, and glory, and blessing. Blessing and honor, and glory, and power be unto Him that sits upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
Holy God, the foundations of our nation are shaking because we have turned our backs on You. We need Jesus to be our Desire once again. Please help America to repent and to rededicate this nation to You. We cannot continue in this path of destruction, for we will surely be destroyed as a nation. Help us, Lord God, for the sake of Your remnant crying out to You. Restore us, Lord. Pull us back from the brink of disaster that looms over America. Have mercy upon us, Dear Lord.
Grant Your protection and blessings upon our troops, Father. They are young men and women who are endeavoring to defend us and to help those in other nations. Preserve them from all evil, Lord. Be their Keeper and the shade upon their right hand. Preserve their going out and their coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
Father, through this week’s debates, we pray that You would bring to light more and more truth regarding our foreign policies. In spite of the decisions of our leaders regarding the Iran treaty, we pray that You would help America to stand strong in defense of Israel, for this is Your desire. Our enemies are their enemies, Lord. Help our nation to return to the role of strong defenders and allies of Israel.
Lord, our forefathers prayed in troubled times. We need to be a country steeped in prayer for our nation, for You are our only hope. We humbly ask You for Your grace to see us through these dark days. Give each of us the boldness we need to stand up for what is right and just and true. Every believer has a call now to stand up. Help us to answer the call, Father. We thank You for Your mercy and for being the strength we need to do what we cannot do on our own. We pray this in earnest hope upon the powerful Name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

As an aside, right here in San Diego, a little 4 yr old boy has been snatched up (when he went to use the public bathroom - along with his cousins), by a overly huge black man. He’s from a MILITARY family, and the father is at sea.
Please pray for Wesley’s safe return to his family. TKU
