Is it a loophole or a provision that was knowingly and intentionally written into the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act of 1993 by the originator of the bill, Representative (now Senator) Charles E. "Schmucky" Schumer [D-NY], and signed into law by democrat president Bill Clinton?
The dealers need to reply that they will think about it after the Democrats start abiding by the Human Decency Code of Conduct.
