You’ve got to wonder what kind of info Hillary has on Obama.

But, she had no authority to conduct official business on her personal email account.

Because she co-mingled state and personal emails, I believed she Lost the Right to delete personal emails.

Obama’s “Justice Department” is something else.

It was probably reserved in the way most e-mails are set up in a standard format, but if she never authorized the IT guys to set it up...or maybe Huma or Cheryl told them not to bother.

I think there is a serious question whether the account, if reserved, was ever activated.

It would make sense to me that congress and more specifically the House (who is closest to the pulse of the people) should by a simple majority (or perhaps 60%) be allowed to appoint a special prosecutor to bring charges against any official of the government.

The current system is made for corruption.

"Keep dragging down the Democrat Party!"

Don't bet on it. The coalition of Godless Communists, socialists, criminals, perverts, racists, parasites, dilettantes, pseudo intellectuals, opportunists and the feeble minded who twice elected a homosexual, Muslim Marxist to the Presidency will turn out again to vote for Hillary.

It's a Democrat thing...you just don't understand.

One of the worst construct of our system of government is to have the Department of Justice under the Executive branch. That’s like having the criminals be the ones that bring the charges against themselves.

In theory, all of that should be under the oversight of Congress. If only there were a Republican majority in both houses that would recognize that responsibility. Oh, wait...

Hey, can you see a guy like Obama NOT using leverage in a situation like this?

that golf game in the Hamptons between the obozo and the slick has produced results for the Hag. The slick likely explained to the obozo how Arkancide can just happen and to anyone.

Lawyers with the Justice Department on Thursday told a federal court that Hillary Clinton had the legal right to use her own email account and broke no laws in how she handled those messages, The Washington Times is reporting.

Looks like Hillary is changing the subject from security violations to private email.

Change the subject back to her many security violations! Why does she still have a security clearance?

” If Nixon had Obama’s Attorney Generals he would never had been impeach.”

Nixon was never impeached, but Clinton was. The House votes on impeachment, the Senate tries the case and removes from office, or acquits.

No POTUS has ever been removed from office by the impeachment process.

Nixon quit.

NO one is arguing that.

No one believe she just deleted personal emails. It is all about the definition of “personal”, as it was about the definition of “is”.

She deleted govt emails, and emails that pertained to her Global Initiative that showed she illegally influenced US foreign policy in return for cash contributions. She destroyed that evidence. That is what liars do.

The inmates are running the asylum.
The morons are running academia.
The criminals are running the Department of Justice.
