nobody said that sandy hook was ‘bearable’.. but what is truly ‘unbearable’ is the continuing expectation that, despite knowing how these kinds of events are unpreventable, we expected the principal of this school to face an armed, crazy guy with a high powered rifle - with her bare hands. THAT’s unbearable, yet we continue to expect this of our school administrators

Once again, why are we giving an ear to anything a British SUBJECT (re: Col. Jeff Cooper - ‘subject’) lecturing America about gun control.

Let me give you the Cooper reference, if you have not read it:
“Pick up a rifle and you change instantly from a subject to a citizen.
Jeff Cooper”

Sandy Hook wasn’t a hoax. There are plenty of Americans that believe the problem isn’t a gun problem, it’s a mental health problem.

Bingo. What sort of drugs was the shooter on or not on at the time? Interesting how the media eye is never curious enough to probe the mental background on these shooters. My guess is many of them are on prescription drugs which have horrible side-effects. The MSM doesn't want to dig into the issue because those very same drug companies are likely advertisers.

Meanwhile, how many children under 10 are killed every year by stray bullets from gangsta-on-gangsta battles? The drug gangs CAN NOT be disarmed — an organization that can smuggle drugs from overseas can smuggle guns and ammo too.

"It" happens pretty much at least once a month in Chicago, in a more drawn out process, the children are somewhat older (usually, but not always) and the shooters are not all certifiable insane.

Pitts Jr. is failing to take a broader view, failing to recognize and address the problem where it is most regularly acute, and where he, as a black man and cultural commentator could possibly do the most good. Instead, he takes the easy road that white liberals before him have already broken trail for, and paved with nice yellow bricks which if but would attentively follow, while lead him to yet another day, and payday of newspaper syndication.

The crazy white guys in both Arizona, and Colorado were registered Democrats, too. Not angry Tea Partiers.

That last narrative, the one about Tea Party types being cause for genuine concern to the rest of civil society has kinda' run out of steam, hasn't it?

There hasn't been one single Tea Party Muslim act of terrorism committed, or foiled in advance.

The Boston pressure cooker, blow-their-lower-legs-off party, had nothing at all to do with Tea, but everything and the kitchen sink to do with Islam-O'facist-supremicists fantasy.

Those types (Islamic extremists), under the Zippy Admin, have been all but written out of the books as being identifiable threat, while Tea had been bumped up to being written about as first rank potential threat.

Dr. Phil, if having Uncle Sam on the couch, could ask "how's that working out for you"?

Consider;
Louis Farrakhan tweets Martin Luther King Jr's dream has turned into a nightmare;

A few days after Farrakhan once again re-hijacked MLKJr in this manner, a semi-wackjob black man down in Houston walked up behind a uniformed LEO officer as he was fueling his cruiser, shot that policeman in the back of the head, then emptied the rest of entire magazine (14 rnds in total) into the deputy's body.

What a heck of a way to invigorate basest tribal instincts, Louis.

It's no wonder Zippy (that would be Barack Hussein Obama) has such high regard for what you do, Louis.

Is it "hate speech" for myself to post the following image;

I am thankful that most of my fellow Americans do not buy into Louis Farrakhan's hate mongering, yet am becoming alarmed that seemingly increasing numbers of my fellow Americans who are 'black', by which I mean identify themselves as being so, approve of his message, while few in positions to most easily do so (like Leornard Pitts Jr., for example) speak against the likes of Farrakhan.

It can be difficult to speak against the skillful liars whom are gifted with spell-inducing oratorical skills, when they mix in past sufferings of a people while holding out some hope for a cure.

Louis Farrakhan, that old hand at stirring up racial grievance --- not in interest of necessarily putting and end to those, but aiming more towards turning whatever evils there have been suffered by black people, at the hands of 'white people' and the government too, back upon those who are identified as "white", even if those 'white' people themselves never had much to do with profiting from racism, and who's own personal ancestors did not own any slaves, etc.

The man (Farrakhan) is a devil, and preaches the devil's own 'good news'. It's pretty much that simple. It's no wonder that lover of evil --- turned towards Islam.

Louis' collection of figs, are made of pure thistle & thorn. Those who eat of them, become poisoned much as he is, and has dedicated his life to be.

Louis loves nothing more than a good hate-on.

What say you, Mr. Pitts Jr.?

Surely you can see right through the David Dukes of this world. Most of us can. Can you not see that Farrakhan is even worse?

Sandy Hook should be the “poster child” for the abolishment of “gun free” zones.

...MUCH of America believes it was a hoax...

Much? How many are "much"? How many people would have to keep their mouths shut for such a hoax to succeed? Not that I don't believe that this regime would try to pull something like that, but no one I know personally believes that this horrible event didn't happen.

The empty Fairfield State Psychiatric Hospital is about a mile away from Sandy Hook.

We have one of those in our county, closed many years ago because it violates the rights of the crazy and evil to protect us from them.

A totalitarian US government made possible strict gun control.

The usual liberal stance that if you don’t support their solution then you support the problem. “Ban guns or else you support the shooter!”

You’ll never know because we ARE intelligent enough to believe our lying eyes and to shut up in the face of ignorance ... the root of the word being “ignore”

If you think ignoring the right to due process and innocent until proven guilty are good things, gasbag, feel free to be the first one to go to jail with no crime, no evidence and no trial.
