Mrs. Palin goes to Washington. Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin will head to the nation’s capitol this week and she’s also expressing interest of possibly spending some more time in D.C. in the future. While speaking to CNN’s Jake Tapper on “State of the Union” Sunday, Palin took part in a rare interview from a mainstream outlet that was filled with substance rather than bias and gotcha questions.
During the segment, Palin announced that she will appear at a rally in Washington this week protesting the U.S. nuclear agreement with Iran. Presidential candidates Donald Trump and Texas Senator Ted Cruz will join Palin at the event along with several politicians, broadcasters, and other leaders concerned about a deal that President Obama has secured enough support for in the Senate to stop the GOP from blocking it.

I think I read that she’s told Donald Trump she’d like to be Energy Secretary with the goal of putting herself out of a job! That would be a whole lot better than being anyone’s VP as I see it.
For me, this almost slipped through the cracks with so much coming out of Sarah's Interview.

I remember the last time we all went to Washington to tell them we didn’t want something. It was in 2010 and I believe it was called OBAMACARE. A lot good it did.
I agree.I think if we could mobilize the force of Freep, we could really put a nice punch to our activism. I do not see the meetups of Freepers at events like I used to. I think Freepers are a force that is underutilized. Then again, most of us have responsibility and jobs etc. The astroturf left has a massive army of loser sheep.

I hate to be pessimistic, but this is all it’s going to turn out the be. It will get some media attention and the speakers will speak and the people will cheer, and the deal will still get passed.
That amount of energy in one place could levitate the White House. I hope we get live coverage of it from C-Span, or at least a live online stream.
