Even if she were to work on Air Asia (Malaysian), guess what? She’ll still have to serve alcohol on the Australian routes. The only major that doesn’t serve alcohol, off the top of my head, is Saudia.
But as regards this being analogous to the Kim Davis case, the critical difference is that the Flight Attendant would have been hired knowing that serving alcohol was part of her job description, and which was not changed as to mean ethanol.
In contrast, Kin Davis was elected to provide marriage licenses, which according to law was only btwn opposite genders of legal age, not btwn men and monkeys, nor btwn children. Changing marriage to being btwn same gender couples would be analogous to defining serving alcohol to mean serving ethanol, if customers wanted it.
If the Muslim was elected to provide licenses to keep rabbits, and that was changed to include keeping humans as political prisoners, then she would have a case.
Moslems would be good sewer workers. That’s not against their “religion” is it?
An interesting detail seems to be that she adopted Muslim beliefs after she began working.
Anyhow, the general rule under US labor law would be that if the airline can’t reasonably accommodate then the airline need do nothing more.
If she wants to take the strict approach and refuse to dispense alcohol even though she does not drink it, then that is OK. But she is also dressed in a attendant’s uniform in which either the shape of her posterior can be determined (pants suit) or in a dress that exposes her legs, both of which may be sexually provocative to males. Based on that, she is dressed as a slut and should be raped. And then she should be stoned to death for the crime of adultery. All part of her beliefs, you know!

The Koran forbids a Moslem from consuming alcoholic beverages. It says absolutely nothing about serving alcohol to infidels and kaffirs.

So everyone whose original job description radically changes, such as that being registry of motor vehicles employee must now provide licenses for monkeys or face unemployment, rather than an exception for them being allowed, based upon a SC ruling that renders apes to be humans?
As said, we can expect companies to yield to pressure (or a future court ruling) to require employees to affirm LGBT rights in order to be a team player, and to force all who disagree into unemployment as they have no appeal to exception (note that Davis was not requires others to reject "gay marriage" licenses, but that her signature does not appear on the license). This is part of the economic sanctions upon conservatives that many "conservatives," support, according to the "do whatever your job requires or quit" ethos.
Uh, ethanol is the drinkable alcohol. Other alcohols are much more poisonous.
