Dr. Tania H. Neild, Ph.D.: President
Dr. Tania H. Neild is a results-oriented senior executive with full life-cycle product and technology development experience. She has spent more than 10 years in financial services, including building back-office support systems such as custodial platforms and portfolio-management, trading, prime brokerage, and clearing services systems. Dr. Neild has also structured front-office opportunities by providing market education, leading workshops, creating products, directing company positioning, managing direct sales, and negotiating contracts. She is fully entrenched in the high net worth marketplace, from single- and multi-family offices to independent advisors and private banks.

Dr. Neild’s exceptional technical skills result from 15 years of academic and professional applied research. She earned her Ph.D. in computer engineering with a concentration in heterogeneous database integration at Northwestern University. As the CTO and COO of Private Client Resources, she built the platform, team, and operations department and turned their high net worth reporting prototype into a fully operational family office reporting system that tracked more than $6 billion in assets. While serving as the CTO and Managing Director of Envestnet Asset Management, Dr. Neild built the separately managed account platform that was recognized by Forbes as “Best of the Web” in 2001. Dr. Neild’s extensive financial services experience enables her and her team to add value immediately to any project.

Girish Bhagia: Application and Data Architect
Girish is responsible for forming and leading the application team. He has vast experience in integrating complex information systems using web technologies in eFinance applications. He has programmed and built systems across a number of platforms from Cold Fusion, Adobe, ASP, Java Script, etc. Furthermore, he has particularly strong knowledge of Separately Managed Accounts, Alternative Assets, and other areas within Wealth Management. He understands tax lot calculations to time weighted performance measures and has the ability to turn complex financial requirements into a scalable, robust application.

Girish earned his Master of Science Degree in Information Systems Management from Loyola University, Chicago, and received Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree from Pune University, India.
Shawn Tluczek: Project Management
Shawn is responsible for general project administration, office management, and operations, in addition to assisting with the marketing program. Prior to joining the InfoGrate team, Shawn was the marketing manager for a small manufacturing company. Her previous work experience also includes positions in finance and retail. Shawn received her B.S. in marketing/advertising from Indiana State University. She has also completed graduate classes at North Central College and Keller Graduate School of Management.

Brett Dugan: Production and Client/User Management
As an HTML and JavaScript programmer, Brett is responsible for building InfoGrate’s Web Development client base as well as playing an integral part in the design process with the technical team. His previous work experience includes V.P. of Operations with Zorin Material Handling Company and Director of Operations with CSR, Inc. Brett received his B.A degree from Purdue University.

Nenad Jukic, PhD: Technical Advisor
Dr. Jukic brings his technical experience in database integration to InfoGrate, Inc., to the role of technical advisor and senior data modeler. In addition to helping InfoGrate devise a technology plan to keep continually one step ahead of our clients’ IT needs, he recruits key technology professionals to join our team. Dr. Jukic is currently a professor at the Loyola University Chicago School of Business Administration. His main focus at Loyola is designing and teaching graduate classes in of database management systems and data warehousing. Prior to teaching at Loyola, Dr. Jukic studied and taught at The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. While at The University of Alabama, he earned his Ph.D. in computer science and M.S. in computer science. Dr. Jukic began his education by obtaining a B.S. in computer science and electrical engineering at The University of Zagreb in Croatia. Over the course of his career, Dr. Jukic has authored several articles on database integration and related topics.

Off-point perhaps, but reading these hilariously idiotic “results oriented” resumes bullsh** is another view into why the USA is in such awful shape.
