I’ll bet poor little Mr. Pagliano forgot to list his Hillary side payments on his income taxes.

It’s how they got Capone!

Let’s see his tax papers. Clintons too!

Let's see HIS emails too. You know he was bragging to his friends and family how he managed to get an exclusive contract to work for the Xlintons.

You can not hire an underling to do non governmental work for you under government rules. Nor can an underling hire a superior to work for them.

All government employees have this training each and ever year. The point being, Clinton knew she was doing something unethical when she hired him and he knew it was unethical to work for her on non govermental related work.

The laws on this are not vague nor convoluted. They are very plain and explicit. Also, if there is any doubt about outside work, the government has people that will tell you if this is ethical or not. All you have to do is ask. It is their job to help you keep within the ethical guidelines of the government.

Clinton and her server boy, Pagliano, both knew what they did was unethical from the start. This leads to one conclusion only, they both knew that unethical and illegal things would be done by the use of this server.

Isn’t it also nice to know that an event like Hurricane Sandy can cause the U.S. Secretary of State to lose email capability.

And apparently the “fix” doesn’t involve people with security clearance.
