Trump has no core principles. He decided he wanted another piece of real estate so he will make whatever “deals” he needs to make to get it. Vote Cruz, a man of principle.

Trump is siding with rouge court that issued an unConstitutional and immoral ruling, He has joined the Marxist homosexuals against Christians. Trump is toast with Christians if he does not rethink this fast.

I just posted this to cause the Trump hater's to despair. By the way Jindal is the gold line near the bottom. He's at 0.5%. But I like Jindal. I just don't understand why he's attacking Trump when Jindal doesn't have a chance.

Kim Davis has a legitimate gripe. She shouldn't have to quit her job. She shouldn't have to have gay marriage certificates with her name on it. She proactively asked for protection from the legislature before the SCOTUS ruling and they didn't come through for her. Either the KY governor or the legislature will come to her aid and allow the marriage certicates to no longer bear the signature of the clerk of court.

In the meantime, there is not much Trump or Cruz or anyone else can do. Huckabee has a protest going on. Good for him.

Trump didn't approve throwing her in jail, but he did say the rule of law must be followed. Trump is going to restore the rule of law in a lot of areas.

Davis isn't going to get gay marriage overturned, but she's not trying to. She just wants her signature off the form. And she will get that, but she's got to fight to get it.

Gay marriage will not be overturned until Congress starts impeaching judges.

I would like to see Trump do more than he has done. That being said, what he said is basically right.

Whether you, I, Trump, Cruz, or anyone else likes it at this point in time, if you don’t comply with the SCOTUS ruling, you’ll be persecuted.

This doesn’t mean that anyone agrees with it. It is what it is.

Trump isn’t saying he thinks the court is right here. You guys need to think before you get all wound up and come to a preposterous conclusion.

He doesn’t want to see her in jail. How much more clear can that be said in the English language.

Here’s what I said earlier on it.

If you want to be president you just have to take a stand against evil, it is required not optional. Trump didn't so in my mind he is disqualified. And he is not right. What the Supreme Court did is judicial tyranny.

The Supreme Court does not have the authority to define marriage and it does not have the authority to create law. Its' rulings on marriage are unconstitutional and immoral. A moral people have a duty to resist immoral law. Immoral law is not law it is oppression.

What law exactly did Kim Davis break? Why is she imprisoned?

I was one of Trumps; biggest supporters here. I donate to his campaign and I have two of his Make America Great Again hats. But if he alines himself with the Marxist homosexuals against Christians, has it now appears, I am done with Trump. This is going to cost Trump big time.

That is one thing about Trump that worries me about him. He will not take a stand on anything regarding righteousness. Nothing.

If you want to be president you just have to take a stand against evil, it is required not optional.  He said he didn't want to see her in jail.

Trump didn't so in my mind he is disqualified.  Okay, then you don't accept that he said he doesn't want to see her in jail.  Seems pretty straight up, but if you can't undertand what that means, you can't..

And he is not right.  Like it or not, the SCOTUS made a ruling.  When it did, that became the law of the land wither we like it or not.  So no, Trump wasn't wrong.

What the Supreme Court did is judicial tyranny.  Trump didn't say it wasn't.  I haven't said it wasn't.  It's still the recognized law of the land.

The Supreme Court does not have the authority to define marriage and it does not have the authority to create law.  I didn't say it did.  Trump didn't say it did.  None the less, whether you like what the court did or not, it is still the recognized authority.  Until the ruling is reveiwed, the SCOTUS ruling stands.  We can go out and protest and make it known how much we disagree, but the SCOTUS will prevail for the time being.  It may wind up having to review this again if people make a big enough stink.  Until it does, we lose.  I believe another case has to be brought before the court before it will rule again, and it may refuse to even review for a few years.

Its' rulings on marriage are unconstitutional and immoral. Who said they weren't?  Understand this.  Recognizing what the law now officially is, is not an endorsement of the law.  I can agree that it costs $37.50 to get a smog check.  Does that mean I agree that it should cost that, or that we should even have to have a smog check?

A moral people have a duty to resist immoral law. And that will have to go through the courts.  We can protest and let our digust be known, but that's it.

Immoral law is not law it is oppression.  You're basically saying stuff we both abree with.  It doesn't change what the law is for the time being.

What law exactly did Kim Davis break?  In the eyes of the court, she refused to provide service to same sex couples that she provides to heterosexual couples.  In the eyes of the court, that was a civil rights violation.  I don't agree with same sex marriage.  I disagree with the court.  There's not a darn thing I can do about it other than voice my opinion in protest.

Why is she imprisoned?  Because in the eyes of the court, she volated the court's order and committed an act of Contempt for the Court.

I was one of Trumps; biggest supporters here.  Okay

I donate to his campaign and I have two of his Make America Great Again hats.
 Okay

But if he alines himself with the Marxist homosexuals against Christians, has it now appears, I am done with Trump.
 Okay

This is going to cost Trump big time.
 Okay

You have got to do what you have got to do.  I support that.  I still think you are jumping to conclusions about what Trumps actions mean.  We don't have to acknowledge the court was right, to comprehend what the situaion is.

This woman is getting railroaded.  We all agree.  So far she is being railroaded in accordance with a judicial process, that we all agree is flawed.  It's still the law at least temporarily.

Ted Cruz “Today, judicial lawlessness crossed into judicial tyranny. Today, for the first time ever, the government arrested a Christian woman for living according to her faith. . . . I stand with Kim Davis. Unequivocally.”

Mike Huckabee "Kim Davis in federal custody removes all doubts about the criminalization of Christianity in this country. We must defend Religious Liberty!"

Rand Paul "I think it’s absurd to put someone in jail for exercising their religious liberties. This is really the problem when from on high we decide to get involved on a federal level with something that has always been a local issue"

Bobby Jindal "We are seeing government today discriminate against whether it's clerks, florists, musicians or others. I think that's wrong. I think you should be able to keep your job and follow your conscience. I absolutely do believe people have a First Amendment right, a constitutional right. I don't think the court can take that away."

Rich Santorum "The Supreme Court acted unconstitutionally .... Kim Davis was heroic and she has suffered the consequences. Putting her in jail is ridiculous."

Donald Trump "The Supreme Court has ruled. It is the law of the land.”

Weak Trump very very weak.

No, Trump is siding with the law. I know the current President doesn’t think so, but we still are a nation of laws. And SCOTUS gets to decide whats Constitutional and whats not. Don’t like the SCOTUS decision? Then work to change it. The clerk is choosing to exercise her 1st amendment right and conscientiously object to a decision by SCOTUS and I applaud her for it. But as an elected official, she swore an oath to uphold the Constitution and faithfully fulfill the duties and responsibilities that come with her position. She could have either resigned or follow her conscience. She chose the latter and has met the consequences. There are consequences for all of our actions (and inactions). The deterioration of morality in our country to where this issue has even manifested itself is a consequence of some of our (as a society and country) actions and inactions. Pray that we are finally realizing it and waking up.

Yes, Trump should be disparaged for trying to follow the law. But wait, trump wants to deport ALL illegals because that is also a law.

Or do you want Trump to select which laws should be followed and which ignored?

Why NONE of the other candidates have ever uttered the word “DEPORT” anywhere in speeches or their web sites?
