(CNN)An 11-year-old St. Louis-area boy left alone at home with his 4-year-old sister staved off several home invasion attempts before finally shooting and killing a 16-year-old intruder, according to police.
At least one neighbor, however, offered a different account of the shooting, telling CNN affiliate KMOV that the boys were arguing on the front porch before the younger child pulled out a gun and shot the teenager.
The incident occurred Thursday afternoon in north St. Louis County. Police called to the home discovered the teenager's body lying in the front foyer.
The teenager -- whose name has not been released -- had been shot in the head by the 11-year-old while breaking into the home, according to police.
St. Louis County police Sgt. Brian Schellman said it was third time that the 16-year-old had attempted to break into the house Thursday. Neither sibling was hurt.

Seems like this kid was smart enough to pull the body inside the front door.
Some are claiming he set a trap for them.
If the 11-year old dragged the body inside the foyer, there would be plenty of evidence for it. Can an 11-year old actually drag a limp body of a 15-year old???
I wonder about the lady neighbor who claims a different version of the shooting. It might be interesting if she turns out to be a relative of the dead teenager.
California just changed breaking into a home when no one is there from a felony to a misdemeanor.
What they were arguing about didn't really matter. If he tried to break in, he deserves the business end of a gun.

If the Perp’s body ended up in the “foyer”, then either the neighbor is wrong about him not entering the home, or the 11 year old has heard the advice about dragging them inside, to be able to declare self-defense.....

I did a search to see if your statement is true, but all I could find was: Residential Burglary is a felony and Commercial Burglary can be charged as either a felony or a misdemeanor.
However, if your statement is true, it wouldn't surprise me. The current trend being pushed by the Obama regime is to let the criminal class do whatever they want; especially if they are either minorities or Democrat politicians.

His mother says she bought the gun for him because the perp had tried to break in on several occasions before.
It's the way they keep the crime rate down in England and France.
