The Quds Force is an active murderous enemy of Americans. Iran has used them as an elite terrorist organization for over thirty years. It’s reasonable for a man seeking the presidency to know who they are.

Again, I didn’t know them. I think I’m “up” on current events. I seriously doubt even most “informed voters” know them. That said, we’re 17 months out, which is a helluva long time to bone up and meet with generals and spooks. If this was Sept. 2016, yes, I’d be worried.

In one respect I tend to agree with Trump’s argument that by the time he gets to be President all the names of these terror chiefs will have changed which is probably true. There are also too many of them for anybody to remember all the time. That is what I would have told Hugh Hewitt. Too many little thugs running around.

That being said I wish Trump would take a breath to think before he kneejerk reacts to these guys. I don’t think Hewitt has been that hard on him.

It’s why a President selects advisors to, you know, ADVISE him on the often very minute details before making those domestic and foreign policy decisions. The captain of a ship has folks in the engine room doing stuff there that, while he may be fully capable of them himself, has more vital things on his mind.

What I want is a president who picks his own people – people who, while they may not always agree, have the same basic philosophy, love of the nation and concern for its welfare and safety. Would not that concern be a refreshing change from the traitor now infesting the Spite House?

An example of the other sort was JFK who, after being installed, had to be INTRODUCED TO HIS DEFENSE SECRETARY, Robert “Tie The Troops’ Hands Behind Their Backs” McNamara.

Question: WHO THE HELL TOLD JFK McNAMARA WAS TO BE HIS SECDEF??? There are many other examples, but I think you get the idea.

Oh, BTW, PAY NO ATTENTION TO THAT MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN!!

Pretty certain he didn’t have to google anything on Iran. There’s people who wish to know about our enemies that Obama has been cuddled up with. There’s those who vet out the candidates.

Trump seems to be all talk. He could have ‘easily’ got through a simple question, but no! When Trump doesn’t know something, he apparently can’t handle being asked direct questions with related information involved, so he blows up instead of working with the question.

Pretty shabby character right there.

‘Trump is a little, little man.’

Cruz agrees with you.

Oh wait, just the opposite. Cruz never misses an opportunity to praise Trump, and says that attacking him is “foolish.”

But you are probably not a Cruz supporter, so his opinions mean little to you.

he is giving speeches on a topic and he was asked questions relating to that topic. The fact is he is giving speeches on topics he knows nothing about. He is as shallow as a mirror.

Anyone who asks Trump a question is going to be accused of being a traitor. lol.

Don't forget, much like the current occupant of the White House, Trump supporters will excuse, forgive or overlook anything he does - no matter how childish, boneheaded or ignorant.

Heck, many of Trump's supporters will excuse Trump's statements by saying something to the effect of "well Obama said ________," as though doing or saying something similar to Obama is a GOOD thing.

No, the al-Quds force has been around for a long time and is much more significant than Chechnya. Someone aspiring to be president really should have a clue regarding such things.

Hugh misses the mark so much, that I can’t listen to his show.

I have listened to it about five to time times over the years, and he reveals his “moderate” side constantly.

It’s impossible to not wind up yelling at the radio, so I don’t tune him in.

Asking what the names of the terrorist leaders in the Middle East are is a gotcha question. If you know them good. If you don’t know them, you’re no different than most ever other political person. It’s a puff piece question of no import. It’s a waste of time, and feeds right into Leftist media dynamics.

Hugh is more than happy to do this. That should tell folks all they need to know about him.

None of these guys want to ask him policy questions. Megyn didn’t. Hugh didn’t. Now Hugh may have asked some in his interview too, but notice what got all the attention.

How many FReepers could tell us the names of the leaders of ISIS, al Qaeda, the Muslim Brotherhood, Hesbollah, and Al Fatah?

I sure as heck couldn’t.

Yes. Many of Trump’s supporters are as thin skinned as their dear leader.

I have listened to HH’s radio program many times over the years. He can be a tough interviewer and often gets deep into policy and details. HH is like Chris Wallace at FNC in this regard, and the late Tim Russert. You really need to be prepared before going on his program.

Way To Go Trump!!!

Huge is lower than the lowest...he is smug, thinks he’s another important piece of human life, thinks he’s smarter than anyone in his field (they are all dumber than dumb)...

Go Trump, show the world what a POS Huge is....

“So we’ve been dealing with Iran for years and years, those of us who care about those issues know about the Quds forces. Trump makes claims about things, doesn’t know about them, but gets mad instead of just rolling with the question.”

Oh stop trying to hide behind that!

You know full well that most people running for office have no idea about this outfit. Including Carson, Walker, Bush, Cruz and the rest.

It was a retarded attempt at a gotcha, that you guys can then run to FR like squealing little girls screaming that Trump is a “stupid dumb dumb head”.

It’s the same cheap trick used on Palin, now adopted by some conservatives. It’s just pathetic.

And you wonder why the guy has so much support? It’s because the entire political class left and Right are using all of the dirty tricks to wipe out a guy that neither wants to be on stage, and it keeps pissing people off to the point where they are going to give the finger to both sides if they dont knock it the hell off.

I’m backing Cruz, and I’m getting tired of the childish crap the right is pulling in regards to Trump.

Unrelated and a childish notion.

“So and so isn’t asked! Why was Trump asked!”this kind of reasoning the same sort that comes of liberals and children.

Instead of blowing up about a question, he could have handled it a lot better. Now he’s continuing like the spoiled brat he’s become.

Cruz wants Trump's supporters to support him once Trump's campaign inevitably collapses/fades away. Why would he attack Trump (alienating his supporters)?
