Two separate issues. As a corporate citizen Arby’s needs and apparently is/has taken action. And should make clear they don’t tolerate this behavior. Unless the officer wants to sue, that should be the end of it unless you are suggesting a Jesse Jackson-style shakedown of Arby’s?
