I believe the hospital bills weren’t paid because of the fear by the county legal that would be an admission of guilt or culpability.

Not the way I heard it. I heard that the county was off the hook for the kid's medical bills BECAUSE the officers were found not guilty. Can you say "WHITEWASH?"

However, all hope is not lost. The dickless Tracy who did most of the falsifying is under federal investigation.

I don’t think one could say “not guilty” when to my knowledge there wasn’t even a trial. There has to have been charges brought on someone for that to happen.

There may have been an inquiry of Grand Jury or a panel to review, but I don’t recall a trial per se. In the end, the DA might have chosen not to indict any of them, but that still isn’t a trial

All I’m saying is that I don’t think this is by any stretch of the imagination finished.
