When Caitlyn Jenner took to television in April to announce she was transgender, messages of support poured in from across the country. She was featured on the cover of Vanity Fair and received an ESPY award for courage.
But even as Jenner starred in a reality TV docu-series about her transition, a deeper question remained.
If Jenner werent already a rich celebrity, would she have received the same support? How would other, less famous transgender Americans be treated?
On Monday morning, a small town in Missouri provided an answer.
For two hours, approximately 150 students stood in front of Hillsboro High School to protest a transgender teens use of the girls facilities.
And for those same two hours, the 17-year-old transgender teen huddled inside her counselors office with the door locked.

Apparently, with all this BS going on now, nothing I guess.
Drama Queen. Or, Drama King. These people have some extreme form of attention seeking behavior, at a minimum.
True.
I hope the good folks in this town don't back down.
Hate to break it to you, but whether or not the penis is attached, it's still biologically a male of the species.
DEEPER??? This is what our elites think is a "deep" question: Should mentally-ill boys be admitted to girls' locker rooms?
OOPS...meant to go back and fix that! Should be phenomenon
This is actually a good thing. It puts in stark contrast what the left wants for our society and what the right wants. The problem is the right thinks that they have to pander to the queers and weirdos. Big mistake.
I’d probably get taken to jail for life for what I did.
Forcing my daughter to be molested(it’s nothing short of molestation). I wouldn’t protest, I wouldn’t seek the law, but people would be put down. Enough of this nonsense. Brutality in response to evil, next time evil thinks again.

I dunno. "Phenoomeon" has a very mellifluous sound to it. I may use it as my next band's name, unless you beat me to reserving the URL(s).
Dumb questions:
Would the state high school athletic association let HIM play on the girl’s basketball team?
Would the school counselor let HIM have a slumber party with her teenage daughter?
Would this GUY be allowed to compete in the Olympics as a woman?
What gender does HIS drivers license, birth certificate, school registration, etc list?
I imagine they are up in arms, and they should be.
There has been, and still are very good reasons why schools maintain separate boys and girls locker rooms; but now some mentally ill person with a penis wants to share a locker room with their daughters.
Like any sane people, their ability to “tolerate” and to “divert embracity” only goes so far.
The dream of all drag queens (men pretending to be women) the world over is to get in the girl’s bathrooms. Thanks to braindead liberals the goal is finally accomplished! In a sane world a pervert caught in a girl’s bathroom has their sorry ass thrown in jail and convicted, spending a couple weeks in the slammer with Big Leroy, who’ll have him a new girlfriend for a couple of weeks.
It is still a guy!
You nailed it, the more they get the more they want.
HaHa...So the kid with male body parts is offended by looking at other males with the same body parts??? Who they trying to kid??? Me, I guess...Ain’t workin’...
Talk about stupidity gone to seed! The writer, Miller, refers to C. Jenner as “she”. C. Jenner still has all his, her, its original tackle and plumbing. Moreover, even after having his plumbing altered, should Bruce actually do that, his chromosomes will still be male, and will remain male until he goes to face his Maker and Judge.
No one can change what God made.
