BS. Before shipments can be tracked they have to be taken to a shipping center and logged into the system. Illegals won’t enter themselves into any system to be tracked much less show up on their own merit to be logged in.

A lot of legals won’t, either. My awesome neighbor across the street is from El Salvador, he’s best neighbor that I could ask for, but he deals in person, in cash, because that’s how they do things.

Actually, approximately 40% of illegals are entered into a system already, because they arrived legally and overstayed their visa. Those are the people Christie is talking about - the idea is that with better systems to keep track of people here on temporary visas, it would be easier to prevent overstays.
