I was going to say that I would address such a person as Tovarisch Zampolit.
That’s probably the best way to counteract them. I don’t think they’d know what it means, though.
When I hear of stuff like this, I’m thinking of words like “regime, doctrine, plan, campaign, dogma, classification and sorting, indoctrination, correction, et al” All the words that code out to mean “oppression.”
