The $150,000,000,000 in unfrozen assets must not be enough.That is the goal here....unfreeze those assets quickly and let Iran make a few billion more in oil profits before they can be stopped and shut down again.
Once that 150 billion is unfrozen, we will never be able to freeze it again....and THAT is the point of this agreement.
