I made a small donation. I wanted him to know that I appreciate what he is doing.
This is what you stated in post #9: ‘Here he is stating that he will not take anyones money...’
And now you say this: ‘How is him saying that he doesnt need anyones money and is not using donors to fund his campaign...’
First, you said that THIS is what he STATED: he will not take anyone’s money.
You’ve shown that this is NOT what he stated, which was my original point.
Now you’re trying to come up with a strawman argument, that it’s the same thing. Accepting a donation doesn’t mean he NEEDS it. In fact he doesn’t need it. But he’ll accept it anyway.
Trump is financing his own campaign. He is not using donors to fund it. But if people want to participate, why not let them?
Regardless, you’ve shown that DT did not state he would not take anyone’s money, as you tried to make everyone believe, the point of my original post.
Maybe you are the one who needs that reading comprehension course.

Same here, the other day.
As you can see many here don’t like Trump and will cheat and lie. Meanwhile Trump keeps getting more and more support as their GUY gets less and less.
Thank you...really....I just don’t like anything bad about Trump...he’s our only choice and if ‘they’ take him out, we have nothing....
Great sticker!
I agree. We have seen what a Republican House and Senate can do. It has doubled the nation debt. The Congress controls the purse strings. Enough is enough.
You can’t even engage in an honest discussion; making things out to be different than they are. A common trait for the sophomoric minded and intellectually challenged.
That’s the fastest way to lose credibility.
You better get off the computer now, I think I hear your Mamma’s callin’ ya.
Some conservatives don’t seem to even have a conscience.
I think it is time for Trump.
Donald Trump is a smart man who loves this country.
Not good, IMHO. It sounds like this could be a slippery slope to start going down. Trump needs to just stick to what he’s been doing. I think if he begins to compromise on things like this, it will hurt him, and understandably so.
I see what you did there :)
Trump loves America and wants it to be great, again.
He IS sticking to what he’s been doing. He’s had a donation button, on his campaign website, for a long time..if not since day one.
He’s NOT accepting donations from lobbyists or special interests.
Nothing’s changed.
Maximum individual contribution is $5,400 - $2,700 for the primary season and $2,700 for the general election season. That's not enough to gain any influence and is the way it should be.
If five million people donate an average of $200, that's a billion dollars right there. Enough to run a first class campaign and I'm sure Donald will kick in for any extras.
Yup, they are gonna screw him.
They will wait until it's too late for him to go 3rd party and then screw him over and stick Jeb? in there.
He's the first candidate in my lifetime that I think could actually win 3rd party.
Has Trump registered for any Republican primaries?
How many states have “sore loser” laws?
All representatives are supposed to be obligated to the people who voted them into office and their conservative principles (if they had them to begin with), not who wrote them a check.
After meeting with Ben Carson, Trump is saying something incredibly smart among the Biden/Warren rumors.
And hey, Yom Kippur is just around the corner.
