Oh, okay. That’s why I can’t remember one time getting sick from ground beef (even pink ground beef). I’ve ate plenty of ground beef worth of entire cows.

We only eat grass fed beef from local sustainable farms. It’s more expensive because it’s not subsidized.

The research also found that 10% of the samples had a strain of S. aureus that produces a toxin that can make people ill and is not killed even when the meat is cooked properly.
