Wouldn’t it be easier and cheaper to seriously penalize employers hiring illegals? Simultaneously bring V Corp home from Germany. Give the CG, the mission of securing the Southern border. We'd be saving money in the long run having our soldiers here rather than overseas.
Also those troops would be spending their pay here.

Uh dude V corps ceased to exist on 12 June 2013.
We barely have a divisions worth of troops in Europe.
