Kraut went absolutely nuts. He kept babbling about deportation being impossible and that Anchor Babies had been the law for a century and a half, over and over, and over.

Krauthammer's not the only conservative talk show host or pundit I've heard make that "argument".

This nation was built on doing the supposed impossible. Would Krauthammer have been telling a bunch of angry colonists not to waste their time tossing that tea into the harbor, because it is impossible to break free from Great Britain?

The last time I received a speeding ticket, I babbled on to the Judge about all speeders not being ticketed so I shouldn't be held to account. Needless to say, I didn't win that one. Judge said "pay up or go to jail" so I paid. The all or none argument on deportation is just as silly as mine and I suspect the good Dr. knows that.
