So it’s a coin toss. What happens if Jenner is charged, convicted, and sentenced to prison? Will he go to a men’s prison or a women’s prison?

Irrelevant. The real question is how much will Jenner get paid for another stinking season of re-ality teevee? Mo' dram-mer and all that. (BARF!)

I think in most states....he’d be charged with manslaughter and do a minimum of five years in prison. In California, with the right lawyers and mental health people....you might not be charged, and in his case....I can’t see him doing more than eighteen months max.

For the dead lady’s family....sue him...go for every penny he has and that’s the only way to get real justice out of the system.

Um, so dumb question. Girly prison or manly prison? Is there a girly man prison? No, really, seriously...how is the penal system going to accommodate this if it plays out to prison?

What about hormone treatments? Do taxpayer’s foot the bill for that?
