It killed a woman. Why is it manslaughter? Regardless, the taxpayers will probably wind up paying for its transition while it's in jail.

Bruce Jenner IS the if, and or but. In today's rabid politically correct environment where people are afraid of LOSING THEIR JOBS or get death threats if they don't call him a she, no judge is going to remand him to a men's facility. None.
CA will without question build him a special slammer or slammette, for transslammers, at a cost of $650 million and 8 year constrution time, meanwhile, housing Jenner, a low-risk prisoner, at a 4 star hotel at $375 a night for the first 5 years of his sentence.
In Pennsylvania the Dept. of Corrections created a transgender community in the make prisons. It is a joke. they are allowed to get make up, underwear, bras. This is the end of our society with this crap!!
