The real red flag here is how politicized the DOJ has become, and by extension the FBI and the IRS.

Arbitrary application of the law is the gravest danger facing the Republic, we may as well have no laws at all if they enforced w/ such selectivity.

I think he (0bama) is biding his time. They don’t want to move too quickly, or Biden will actually have to campaign and be compared to Sanders and the GOP candidates. They want to wait until the latest possible date to get Biden onto the ballots before taking HRC out. IMHO.
