Actually it isn’t. The 14th amendment has been grossly misinterpreted. It was never meant to cover anchor babies. It was simply to include freed slaves and their children as US citizens. We need to put a stop to it.
Jeb Bush is for amnesty so of course he is not going to go agains’t birthright citizenship. He wants totally open borders like his hermano GW..
