New claims against prominent gay activist Terry Bean have surfaced in a sex abuse case against his ex-boyfriend.

The person accused of sex abuse is Lawson, who is Bean's ex-boyfriend. Lawson's attorney claims that the accuser was also having sex with Bean, and that he was hoping to take Lawson's place as Bean's official toyboy.

I found an article that states Terry Bean was charged with two counts of having sex with a minor, November 2014. If this current article I posted is saying he’s not charged, then he managed to elude the law. I wonder if it’s the same young man (17 in 2013), and the charges against Bean were filed by the same ex-boyfriend who’s charged with sex with the same boy?
Well, I finally read in the article that Bean and his ex-boyfriend are charged in another child sex abuse case. I’m pretty sure I read Bean payed off another boy to avoid charges, which Oregon courts can dismiss, if they want to.
But there’s no connection between homosexuality and sex with underage boys. That’s just crazy homophobia.
