Anybody have any other light to shed? Seems like a push poll/article to change perceptions. There is no way Conservatives and Liberals are balanced in the entrenched federal bureaucracy.

I don't see that they've had any problems ousting and ostracizing whistleblowers who should not only enjoy the benefits of their Labor Unions, but also the added whistleblower laws.

I worked for the government 22 years and was a conservative republican the whole time. I also understand from direct observation and experience why the fed workforce is derogated-- not that so many are dishonest or incompetent, but that they are called on to do so little work that their number could be halved without loss of services to the people.
