Be interesting if the legislature went all Andrew Jackson on them...
The court has made their decision, now let them enforce it.

How will the court appropriate funds to pay said fine, and from whence will the funds be sourced?

Would be fun indeed if the legislature voted a proclamation that the legislation passed by the body meets the scope and intent of the constitution, that it is that role of the legislature to write an pass budgets, and that the members of court, if they desire to write legislation may vacate their branches and seek to join the ranks of the assembly.

Won’t happen, but it would be fun all the same.

The state should take it from the supreme court retirement fund and after that is zeroed out, place leins on their property to pay this.
