So I suppose that these aren't the same folks that yougov polled when they claim 64% of those polled see gun registration as a good thing?

And, closer to 100 percent of bad guys agree w them. (Ever seen the interviews of prisoners on what they feared most when robbing a house? A resident w a firearm.)

Law enforcement has it’s hands full in today’s society sorting rioters and looters, herding drug addicts and pill heads, and protecting their own behinds. They have zero time to serve and protect the law abiding citizen from all of those. Shuffling the dregs of society in one door of the jail and out the other has become their full time job. I’m not saying they can help it. I’m sure they do the best they can with the stupid laws and rules they have to follow. But the average citizen should realize that we’re pretty much on our own when it comes to protecting our families and property.

I would agree with both statements. Gens certainly protect from crime and guns are, admittedly, very dangerous and "risk safety". That's why there are some very basic and very serious rules regarding gun safety which every serious gun owner is aware off and follows scrupulously. These were apples/oranges poll questions designed to skew the results.
