This week, Donald J. Trump said that listening to Carly Fiorina, the only woman competing for the Republican presidential nomination, gave him a massive headache.
It was music to Mrs. Fiorinas ears.
For months, the former Hewlett-Packard executive has tried to gain traction by pointedly attacking Hillary Rodham Clinton. But Mrs. Fiorinas candidacy did not start to sizzle until her performance at last weeks second-tier Republican debate, where viewers realized that as the sole woman in a 17-candidate primary field, she was singularly qualified to stand up to Mr. Trump.
It is not a role Mrs. Fiorina necessarily wants to emphasize. I dont spend very much of my campaign time talking or thinking about Donald Trump, she said in an interview Wednesday. But it is one she has embraced with the same fervor that she has employed against Mrs. Clinton, the Democratic Party front-runner.
Women understood that Mr. Trumps attack the day after the debate on the Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly, making a reference to bleeding that many people thought was an allusion to menstruation, was sexist, Mrs. Fiorina told a visibly squeamish Jake Tapper of CNN. Ive had lots of men imply that I was unfit for decision-making because maybe I was having my period. So Ill say it, O.K?

Oh, what bull. Tight, prissy little Ms. Fiorina should take a slow boat to China.
The Dems would LOVE to make her our nominee.
After they way they destroyed Romney they’d pound her into sand in no time. PO-ed former HP employees are already signing-up to star in the ads.
She’s more liberal than Trump.

No need to read further.
War on Women a catch phrase, meaningless bravo sierra.
Carly lost me when she stooped to progressives’ tactics . . she played the Sexist Card.
Ugh. I don’t care for her.
Agreed.
They killed her in California by accusing her of outsourcing jobs at HP. That would play nationally just as well.
Agreed. That was one of the things I liked about Sarah Palin...she seemed completely willing to mix it up on equal terms, and if someone insulted her because she was a woman, she did’t paint them as anti-women, she just came right back at them without complaining about it.
She couldn’t beat a lib loser for senate, what makes her think she is any better on the national level? Cruz/Carson make a better alternative.
1. She neglected to confess to her long relationship to Clinton Foundation when slamming Mr T for talking with wjc
2. She is funded by same funders as McCane
3.Rove has been major supporter for decades
4 She recently moved from CA to VA to make her more selectable as VP
Exactly. How can she be both the weapon against the dems phony WOW while conducting her own phony WOW on one of her competitors?
Not just that. Remember the guy from Missouri who claimed his wife died of cancer because Romney bought his company and he lost his health insurance? Put Fiorina on the ticket and you’ll have that ad times a thousand. I’m told there are long lines of ex-HP employees salivating over their shot to get even with her.
It’s sad to say this, but in our current class warfare environment CEO’s have become unelectable.
I really don't know that much about Fiorina but I wouldn't read too much into her loss in California. I really doubt that any of the Republican nominees could have beaten Boxer in the People's Republic of California.
Carly has become more of an icon of those who claim to be victims of this fake war on women. She was urged into running specifically because she’s a woman and the “establishment” wanted to prove that we could push a woman just like the commies on the Left. She has some good qualities but some of her recent crap has totally turned me off from her.
Fiorina in her OWN WORDS on Cap & Trade.

Fiorina fully accepts the leftist theory of catastrophic global warming without any reservations. But then she now says that we cant achieve anything if we act alone. The fact of the matter is that if the Chicken Little theory is correct like Fiorina says, then we could do at least something by acting alone, and in fact in 2008 Fiorina herself advocated extreme unilateral (the US alone) action on climate change with her Cap & Trade scheme that would have cut CO2 emissions by 83% within 3 decades:
