Does this mean that everything she deleted can be retrieved from the server?

Not if the person wiping the server had any knowledge of forensics. Heck, I would have deleted all of the e-mails, done a DOD wipe on the drives, then had the drives physically shredded and put brand-new drives into the server.

Of course, even if that happened, that raises other problems. First is the obstruction of justice charges resulting from the deletion of the e-mails and wiping the server. Then from a reading of the statutes that have been referenced, even having deleted the e-mails won't help, because they have the printed copies that already proves that the classified information was on the server. Just having that information on an insecure server in her possession, even if it was as a result of gross negligence, is still a felony.

That may have happened if her IT support was competent.

So, let's find the guy who did that and put him in front of a Grand Jury driven by a renegade Special Prosecutor:)

DoD 5220-22.M? Forget it. All you need is a T7 screwdriver, expose the platters and start smashing them with a hammer and punch. Or if you’re lazy, take it to any welding shop and have them put a torch to it and don’t stop until it is a heap of slag.

Pretending for a moment the printed e-mails were not doctored, they also have the recipients e-mail addresses and can go after those servers/providers.

You know as well as I that no matter how much they wipe that one rouge server, they cannot wipe all the servers that received those e-mails. The data is alive “out there” somewhere. Hillary is in deep on this one. This isn’t the 90’s.
