The Spy Satellite Secrets in Hillary’s Emails
The Daily Beast ^ | August 12th, 2015 | John R. Schindler

Posted on 08/12/2015 8:29:56 PM PDT by Mariner

These weren’t just ordinary secrets found in Clinton’s private server, but some of the most classified material the U.S. government has.

After months of denials and delaying actions, Hillary Clinton has decided to turn over her private email server to the Department of Justice. As this controversy has grown since the spring, Clinton and her campaign operatives have repeatedly denied that she had placed classified information in her personal email while serving as Secretary of State during President Obama’s first term. (“I am confident that I never sent nor received any information that was classified at the time it was sent and received,” she said last month.) Her team also denied that she would ever hand over her server to investigators. Now both those assertions have been overturned.

ONLY a clear and direct order from Obama can save her.

And she's DEFINITELY out of the Dim race.

she “has DECIDED to” —that’s funny...!

Wow, so nice of her, so generous..!

That’s ridiculous, that’s like after they slap the cuffs on you and bow you into the squad:

“I have authorized them to take me to jail, folks..! I have decided to sojourn to the station, per chance, yes....”

HAHAHAH...!

Wow, it’s like it’s impossible for her to say ANTHING without putting SOME type of deception, in there.

hahahhahahah..!

She had more than 900 FBI files when she was first lady. Chuck Colson went to prison for one. Nothing will come of this. Nothing ever does.

Does this mean that everything she deleted can be retrieved from the server?

Honestly this should sink anyone’s bid for any office. This is serious jail time stuff. These kinds of breaches endanger everyone in the United States.

Hillary should be going to jail... permanently, but because of stupid zero information voters and democrat lackeys in the Justice Department, she will probably win the Democrat nomination.

The server is in the hands of the Obama government...so no... not ever... maybe in 20 years... don't hold your breath.

Some may be retrievable with good forensics. Some may be retrievable with extremely good forensics. Some may have been overwritten too many times to retrieve. But one of the things about Windows is that it writes things to the disk when swapping, so very interesting things may be stored in unexpected places on the disk

"Hillary should be going to jail... permanently"

Her two hopes are:

1. She wins POTUS before anything can be pinned on her.

2. She gets an Obama pardon.

ONLY Obama has positional authority in a matter this serious.

It's a funny thing though, he's on a 16 day vacation and nobody has heard from him in days.

Not if the person wiping the server had any knowledge of forensics. Heck, I would have deleted all of the e-mails, done a DOD wipe on the drives, then had the drives physically shredded and put brand-new drives into the server.

Of course, even if that happened, that raises other problems. First is the obstruction of justice charges resulting from the deletion of the e-mails and wiping the server. Then from a reading of the statutes that have been referenced, even having deleted the e-mails won't help, because they have the printed copies that already proves that the classified information was on the server. Just having that information on an insecure server in her possession, even if it was as a result of gross negligence, is still a felony.

Nonsense. She will blame, deflect, and lie like always. For instance, she can say some underling removed the classification from the document before it hit her server, thus there is no way she could have known it was classified. This shows her denial about using it for classified stuff was the truth as she knew it, and how she is d”eeply troubled” that some poor staffer is looking at 20 years in jail for making such a “bad choice”. No crime, no conspiracy. Just watch her (and David Kendall).

That may have happened if her IT support was competent.

So, let's find the guy who did that and put him in front of a Grand Jury driven by a renegade Special Prosecutor:)

Hillary Clinton has decided to turn over her private email server to the Department of Justice...according to Judge Nappy what's his name on the Fox Business Channel this morning, his sources have said that the FBI has had the server for a week - she only "decided to turn it over" after they seized it.....

"that some poor staffer is looking at 20 years in jail for making such a “bad choice”. "

Except, to avoid such a fate that staffer will testify and turn everything over from THEIR mail system.

She is a monster. And, seems to me that is what Samantha Powers called her.

Hillary is frantically trying to reach Bill on the phone so she can ask him how to get out of this mess.

Unfortunately, Bill is in Barbados with a bunch of Cheerleaders, a case of Rum and a half ounce.

Ring, no answer.

DoD 5220-22.M? Forget it. All you need is a T7 screwdriver, expose the platters and start smashing them with a hammer and punch. Or if you’re lazy, take it to any welding shop and have them put a torch to it and don’t stop until it is a heap of slag.

Or if Warren gets into the race, it is over for Hillary said one pundit. Whatever; (wherever), no one could survive this, heck, that one retired military on fox, I forget his name, actually said Petraeus should have been sent to prison, I don’t know but he said that to show how serious this is with Clinton, it is probably worse.
