This is clearly a Treaty and should require a 2/3’s vote. If we had a real SCOTUS, they would put a stop to it.
Our only hope is that the Jewish community make it know to these Aholes that will not only not receive a single dime in contributions, but they will go out of their way to oppose them in the next election. That is the only way to get their attention.
Because your Congress gave Obama's illegal treaty pre-approval such that voting against it doesn't stop it because the president will veto it, therefore requiring a veto override to stop it. Cruz voted for TPA, by the way as did every senator except Tom Cotton of Arkansas.
No one can convince me that there is not great evil at work in our government.
In essence they turned the treaty ratification process around backwards. They must feel they are way more intelligent than the authors of the Constitution.
