Joe Biden will spend week-long retreat deciding whether to run for President as he continues to mourn his son Beau
Vice President Joe Biden and his wife are retreating from Washington for a week in South Carolina with little on their schedule but a momentous decision to make: whether he should run for president.
Biden's advisers say he hasn't indicated which way he's leaning. The vice president is still mourning the death of his son barely two months ago. But since reports surfaced saying he was taking a fresh look at running, potential campaign staffers have begun sending in their resumes, aides said, and longtime Biden donors have offered to help if he gets in the race.
And while Biden has yet to ask staff to organize on his behalf, he has started showing interest in details like filing deadlines and what it would take for him to raise enough money to build a campaign structure in the limited time left, said the aides, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they weren't authorized to comment publicly.

This cannot be real...
Joe you made it as high as you are ever going to. You will never be the President of the United States.
Run Forest, Run. Anything to defeat “the beast”.
Why not spend 18 months retreating? Makes more sense...
Bring him on.
He’s about 40% retarded. A GREAT opponent.
Please run,
I would love to see him and Hillary slug it out.
Criminally Evil VS Shockingly Stupid.
Just for the comedy value.
Day after Biden leaves politics he will start growing a ponytail.
Run Forrest! Run!
All Goofy Uncle Joe jokes aside, this is asking a lot of anyone, still grieving an adult son’s death. It hasn’t been that long. This is starting to have shades of Paul Wellstone’s over the top memorial service to it, with his son loudly chanting “WE WILL WIN!! WE WILL WIN!!!” into the microphone.
Bingo!
He will run.
Sitting VP. Protected idiot. Not Hillary.
What bullshit. It’s been decided long ago. This is all theater.
You really think that he needs a weekend to make that decision?
I may be wrong, but if the GOP gave Trump a fair shake at the Presidency and he didn’t win, I think he’d might graciously bow out.
But the way he’s being treated, it’s almost guaranteeing that he’ll run third party and give the election to Hilary— then again, that’s what the GOPe probably prefers.
Dang, thought I was on another thread still! Lol. Ignore.
