Washington (CNN)New York Sen. Chuck Schumer, an influential Jewish Democrat who's poised to assume leadership of his party in the Senate, will oppose President Barack Obama's nuclear deal with Iran, he announced on Thursday evening.
"After deep study, careful thought and considerable soul-searching, I have decided I must oppose the agreement and will vote yes on a motion of disapproval," Schumer wrote in a 1,600-word post on the website Medium.

Because he knows there at least 34 other Senate ‘RATS who will sustain Zero’s veto of any disapproval resolution. Schmuckie is still a coward.
For sure he got permission from Harry Reid to vote NO...

Didn’t Rush just call out Schumer the other day over this Iran vote ..?? I seem to remember something about it - and it seemed to surprise Rush that Schumer hadn’t voiced any opinion about it yet.
Glad to see he won’t support it (if true); but I don’t trust any of them.
Schumer’s a steaming pile of offal, but he got his brains blown out (figuratively) the other day when he met with some fellow Jews who really let him have it. Prior to that he was for all practical purposes a member of Jews for Hitler. Glad to know he can still be called out by *anyone*, I thought he was too far gone, and gladly admit I’m totally surprised and was dead wrong when I said he would vote not to approve, but not preannounce it. Obama is burning the Demagogic Party to ash, and everyone knows it now.
....after Schumer has dutifully given the green light to other Democrats—this is a show vote, Schumer won’t work to convince others—he is no doubt getting paid off by proxy.

Schumer’s announcement of opposition came only after enough Democratic support was assured to keep the plan intact.
